Streamside Solutions and EmergingSoft Corporation announce the development of a new event provider option for Events2HVAC that supports Microsoft Exchange Server and EmergingSoft's MeetingPlanner™ software.

Streamside Solutions has developed a new interface for Events2HVAC that provides two more options for connecting to room reservation systems:  EmergingSoft SmartScheduler for Microsoft Exchange Server and MeetingPlanner. Both interfaces use the familiar Outlook calendar client for managing room reservations.

The SmartScheduler Exchange Server component allows shared spaces, buildings, and meeting rooms to be scheduled in Outlook and Outlook Web Access. Since Exchange Server is the most commonly used email system in facilities of all sizes, employing Events2HVAC to integrate room schedules to HVAC is now easier than ever.

If the facility needs to upgrade to a full service room, equipment, service, catering or video conference reservation system, MeetingPlanner software can be installed and Events2HVAC will automatically use the updated scheduling data and the existing exchange room scheduling data.  MeetingPlanner allows for enhanced scheduling in Microsoft Outlook, the web, mobile devices and digital signage.
