Streamside Solutions helped make a successful project for us at Mercy Health Center in Ft. Scott, KS which was a new customer..  They built a new hospital which was all ddc compared to their old facility which was all pneumatic.  When the facilities staff saw the computerized controls we were installing they were a bit overwhelmed.  As the project began to take shape we the staff was easily able to handle the maintenance and run their facility thanks to the great job that Streamside did with the M5-Graphics.  In particular the "Equipment Locator Feature" which we now use as a standard on all of our major projects here in Kansas City.  This feature allows the operator to search for a device such as a VAV box or thermostat by name and a graphic is displayed with that device flashing.

We utilized  Streamside's engineering and controls knowledge which has helped us be a success for the past twelve years here in Kansas City.  We use their GPL/JC Basic Code in every major chiller/boiler plant in Kansas City.  While the conditions for staging vary by job the hard code behind each project was developed by Brian and has remained unchanged for several years.  Here are a few of the facilities in Kansas City which their code is utilized in: St. luke's Hospitals (4), Honeywell -Banister Plant, Mercy Health Ctr, Providence Medical Ctr., North Kansas City Hospital, Ameristar Casino, Children's Mercy Hospital,  UMB Technology Ctr, and Olathe Medical Ctr.

During the recent reorganization at Johnson Controls we didn't have the qualified staffing to handle the graphics for one of our major customers. North Kansas City Hospital, where we added 7 floors to an existing building.  This was an Extended Architecture project and we wanted to convert all of the graphics from M5 for the original 6 floors as well as the 7 we were adding.  MSEA was new to us so our time was spent just learning the database and commissioning the controls.  Streamside has been working hard to try and get us close to the level we had acheived with the M5-Graphics.  Streamside was able to utilize the advanced graphics package to to closely match the features and look our customer wanted to see.  This is one of our best customers and I can't think of a time where we didn't have a project going on there.  Streamside was able to fill the void we needed at the right time.
