Streamside Solutions and EmergingSoft Corporation announce the development of a new event provider option for Events2HVAC that supports Microsoft Exchange Server and EmergingSoft's MeetingPlanner™ software.

Streamside Solutions has developed a new interface for Events2HVAC that provides two more options for connecting to room reservation systems: EmergingSoft SmartScheduler for Microsoft Exchange Server and MeetingPlanner. Both interfaces use the familiar Outlook calendar client for managing room reservations.

The SmartScheduler Exchange Server component allows shared spaces, buildings, and meeting rooms to be scheduled in Outlook and Outlook Web Access. Since Exchange Server is the most commonly used email system in facilities of all sizes, employing Events2HVAC to integrate room schedules to HVAC is now easier than ever.

If the facility needs to upgrade to a full service room, equipment, service, catering or video conference reservation system, MeetingPlanner software can be installed and Events2HVAC will automatically use the updated scheduling data and the existing exchange room scheduling data. MeetingPlanner allows for enhanced scheduling in Microsoft Outlook, the web, mobile devices and digital signage.

Streamside Solutions and Cool Solutions Group announce the development of a new offering as part of COOL SPACE.

A new interface for Events2HVAC is being developed as a product offering for COOL SPACE. COOL SPACE is the HVAC interface developed by Cool Solutions Group for the integration of ministrEspace room and event scheduling software with HVAC systems in churches, ministries, and other related facilities. COOL SPACE was originally developed as a combined software and hardware application, incorporating Tridium and Niagara AX based components. The new offering will use Events2HVAC software without any additional hardware, providing another option to end users.

EventsHVAC is the premier off-the-shelf solution for the integration of room scheduling software to HVAC, lighting, and security systems. With the addition of the ministrEspace/COOL SPACE event provider to the Events2HVAC software offering, Streamside Solutions continues to expand market coverage of the software.

Events2HVAC is a software application that integrates a facility's event reservation/booking system with the HVAC or building automation system.  It allows the events to set the schedules to run lighting, HVAC, and other equipment that are to be used for an event.

Streamside Solutions is currently looking for beta test sites to test the upcoming release of the EMS2HVAC Event Automation software.

The ideal candidate should have a Dean Evans EMS event management system in place and a BACNet/IP HVAC system, Proliphix Networked Thermostat system, or a Johnson Controls MSEA system.

Other EMS systems and HVAC interfaces will be considered after the initial beta testing is completed.
