The Email Router application is a Microsoft Windows^® service that allows Johnson Controls MSEA^® alarm messages to be automatically sent  to on-call email addresses. The on-call address is assigned automatically from a rotating weekly schedule. Messages can be sent to two email addresses for each on-call person.
