What are the little XML boxes (

) used for on the bottom of some of the web page areas?

If you click on that XML icon, an RSS feed will be opened in your browser showing the content of that data in XML format. The link URL to that feed can be used in a RSS feedreader (or aggregator) to notify you of new data when it comes available.

Why can't I access registered areas even though I'm a registered user?

The most likely cause of the problem is that your user name hasn't been assigned the appropriate role yet. If you think you should be assigned the role CUSTOMER or PARTNER, please give us a call or email.
