To Whom It May Concern

I have came across two Johnson Controls NCM350 units installed at the remote buildings which are currently faulty and are in OFFLINE status. I have troubleshooted the units by ping-ing the units from the Operation Workstation as well as locally. The units are able to be ping-ed but the units gave different light indications on the left side when the units were restarted. The light indicator lit on and goes off as stated:

NCM350 unit#1: 7, All lit, Sequence (1-8), 8, 5, 8, All lit, 3 and 4, 0, 3 and 4

NCM350 unit#2: 7, All lit, Sequence (1-8), 8, 5, 8, All lit, 4, 0, 4 and 0.

I appreciate if any of you could translate the error codes and assist me to overcome the problems.
